Hosting

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. The collection and processing of personal data (in particular server log files) therefore also takes place on IONOS servers. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS.

Server Log Files

When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL. This data cannot be attributed to a specific person and is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of the website).

Cookies and Analytics

This website does not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or marketing purposes, and does not embed any third-party services (e.g. no social media plugins, map services, or embedded videos). When you fill in the contact form, a session cookie may be set temporarily for technical reasons (spam and abuse protection); this is strictly necessary and, under § 25 (2) TTDSG (the German implementation of the ePrivacy Directive), does not require separate consent.

Fonts

This website uses the typefaces "Archivo" and "Fraunces". Both are served locally from our own server; no connection is made to Google servers or any other third party, and no data is transferred to third parties.

Contact Form

If you use the contact form, the data you enter (including name, email address, message) is transmitted to us by email and stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR and/or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry). The data will be deleted once it is no longer required for processing your enquiry.

Contact by Email

If you contact us by email, the information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data: access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR), and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data.
